Is divi a not-for-profit organization?
We are not designated as a not-for-profit organization, but we keep our profit margins low, because our interest lies in altering peoples’ lives for the better. We believe pay-as-you-go technology is one of the best ways to quickly improve lives, while opening new markets for innovative manufacturers and distributors. Our aim is to continue to make more and more tools available to individuals and families, no matter where they may live.
What kind of reporting capabilities does divi offer?
The divi app allows sellers to monitor sales, payment defaults, and more.
Can I set payments specifically for my customers?
Yes, the distributor sets their own payment plans using the divi web app.
Does divi sell devices?
No, divi manages the PAYG system and does not sell any devices. If you are interested in a divi enabled PAYG product then we will introduce you to the device manufacturer.
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Any MOQs would be established by the device manufacturer, rather than divi.
Do you support GSM?
GSM is a technology that divi has decided not to support with our PAYG solution.
Are there setup and/or training costs?
At this time, divi does not charge a setup or training fee. This allows smaller distributors an opportunity to try our PAYG solution with only a small number of devices, and minimal startup cost. It’s one way we maintain our focus on improving lives, and making the system more accessible to individuals and manufacturers alike.
